Mini Makers - Christmas elf doors
Join me for a mini makers morning with your pre schoolers to get their hands dirty, do something a little different and get messy with clay. They will squish it, flatten it, bash it, roll it, decorate it and join it to make Christmas Elf doors. £5

About The Event
Sessions will be designed around a different project/theme each week, and most session we will make everything from scratch, starting from a lump of clay. All items can be taken home to be dried out and then painted with whatever paint you have at home. I use a special self hardening clay which will be fairly sturdy! However they won't be for domestic use unless they've been fired (will not hold water). For an extra £2 you can choose to have your items fired in a kiln.
Some sessions will be 'glazing of pottery' where your children can paint some premade clay, or bring back items you've made to be glazed. I will then take them away to be fired in the kiln (the firing of the glazing items will already be factored into the cost of the session).
A cup of drink and biscuit will be provided.
