Ceramic Botanical vase or Plant label workshop morning
Learn to wedge and roll clay, create texture and pattern to create a slab work vase or garden plant labels (you will make at least 12 labels). Please note the glazing will be done by me at a later date (in colours of your choice). Items will not be ready for collection until 4 weeks after.

About The Event
Why not book onto this session to make something really special and unique.
During this 2.4 hour session (aprox) I will teach you how to wedge clay, and it's importance. How to roll large pieces of clay, smooth the clay, add texture and pattern using tools and botanicals and mould the clay. I will guide you throughout, step by step as a small group of up to 4 people. All materials are included. You will be working with soneware clay so your items are frost proof and can be kept in the garden.
You will then have the chance to choose a glaze colour which I will apply to your fired bisque at a later date.
Refrehsments and biscuits will be provided feel free to bring your own and notify me of any dietary reqirements.
Please note your finished ceramics will not be ready to collect until 3-4 weeks later. The making of ceramics is a process and time consuming.
Please ensure you wear suitable footwear and clothing. Please remove rings beforehand if it is possible.
